Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, duties, and responsibilities between PioneerY (brand: BEAR TO HUMAN, the "Company") and users who purchase digital content from the Company's online store.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Site" means the website operated by the Company at https://beartohuman.com.

"User" means anyone who accesses the Site and uses the services under these Terms.

"Order" means a paid purchase of Digital Content through the Site.

Article 3 (Publication and Amendment)

The Company posts these Terms and its business information (legal name, representative, business registration number, mail-order sales registration number, address, phone, and email) on the Site.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable Korean law, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Material amendments will be announced on the Site before they take effect.

Article 4 (Services)

The contents, price, and delivery method of each product follow the product page.

Article 5 (Orders and Contract Formation)

A User places an order by selecting a product, entering an email address and payment method, agreeing to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the withdrawal-limitation notice, and completing payment.

The purchase contract is formed when payment is successfully completed.

Article 6 (Payment)

Users pay by card on the Lemon Squeezy checkout page.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The Company does not store card numbers.

Article 8 (Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refunds)

Hook Studio is a logged-in membership, billed monthly or yearly. There is no free plan.

Once you start using membership features, withdrawal for that paid period is limited under Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Payment confirmation alone does not start use.

You may still request a refund if the file is materially different from the listing, we fail to deliver due to our fault, or the law requires a refund.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within three business days of confirmation.

Article 9 (License)

The User may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or turn the service into a competing hook library.

The license is personal to the purchasing User and may not be assigned without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property)

Trademarks, copy, design, and Digital Content on the Site are owned by the Company.

Users may not use the Company's intellectual property beyond the license in these Terms.

Article 11 (User Duties)

Users must not use another person's email or payment information.

Users must provide an accurate email address. The Company is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address unless it acted with intent or gross negligence.

Article 12 (Company Duties)

The Company will endeavor to provide the service in a stable manner and will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Article 13 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for failures caused by force majeure.

Results from using the hooks (views, revenue, and similar outcomes) are not guaranteed.

Article 14 (Disputes)

The Company will work to resolve complaints promptly.

Article 15 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Disputes may be brought before a competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

Article 16 (Account Closure)

Signed-in users may close their account from My page.

Account closure is not a refund. Order and payment records are kept for the periods required by Korean e-commerce law.
